I am currently partnered with a leading Insurance client, who are looking to hire a Lead Enterprise Architect to work on a business-critical project.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Lead Enterprise Architect within large-scale Insurance or Financial Services organisations
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify genuine gaps and know how to utilise resources and capabilities effectively
Experience working on major transformation programme (Digital, Automation or Connectivity)
Expertise in developing and implementing Enterprise Architecture strategies across Insurance or Financial domains
Experience of line of business systems (including Data Warehouse)
Skilled in producing and maintaining comprehensive architecture documentation
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams of Enterprise Architects across complex programmes
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing at C-suite level
Flexibility to travel within the UK
