£26,000 per annum

Are you a hands-on, reliable, and proactive individual with a passion for keeping spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained? We’re looking for a Mobile Caretaker
To join our friendly and dedicated team in Cambridge.

About the Role:
As a Mobile Caretaker, you’ll be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of multiple sites across Cambridge. You’ll travel between locations, ensuring communal areas, grounds, and facilities are clean, safe, and in good working order.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine cleaning and minor maintenance tasks, including gardening
  • Report and assist with repairs and health & safety issues
  • Conduct regular site inspections
  • Support waste management and recycling efforts
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and management teams
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
What We’re Looking For:
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Previous caretaking, maintenance, or facilities experience
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Vehicle & Equipment:
A company van and uniform will be provided.
