Desktop Service Engineer - Contract Role - Bristol

A respected charity based in Bristol, known for its impactful community-driven initiatives, is seeking a proactive Desktop Support Engineer/Analyst to join its dedicated infrastructure team. You'll be working in a purpose-led organisation where technology underpins real-world social change.
Your new role
You’ll support a range of infrastructure projects, handling desktop builds, system upgrades, and technical troubleshooting. You'll play a key part in delivering smooth and effective end-user experiences while enhancing IT capabilities across the organisation.
What you’ll need to succeed
Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 endpoint operating systems
Experience deploying Windows OS both remotely and onsite
Understanding of Group Policy and Active Directory Domain Services
Proven skills in endpoint imaging troubleshooting Familiarity with Manage Engine Endpoint Central
