Salary: £66,000 - £75,000

Are you a reward expert with a passion for driving change? We have partnered with one of you long-term clients to support the recruitment for their reward transformation project team.
As part of a dynamic reward transformation project team, this role offers the opportunity to lead and successfully implement a new job evaluation, pay, and grading framework across the corporation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manager the introduction of improvements, ensuring the smooth implementation and communication of changes across the organisation.
- Develop, oversee, and manage the adoption of new pay and reward approaches, supporting the People Strategy.
- Provide strategic advice and expert guidance on pay frameworks, ensuring consistency and compliance in job evaluation processes.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to embed best practices in reward governance and organisational design.
- Drive continuous improvement in reward methodologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and workforce needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience working within the pay and reward arena, particularly in job evaluation within large organisations.
- Experience of using Hay Evaluation mythologies, REMCO and being based in a unionised environment
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully implementing reward frameworks.
- Ability to provide high-level strategic advice and influence key stakeholders on pay structures and frameworks.
- Passion for continuous improvement and embedding sustainable reward solutions.
