Your new role

As Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across key market sectors. This role focuses on generating leads, converting them into long-term partnerships, and expanding revenue streams from both new and existing accounts. The individual will work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with technical capabilities, while also contributing to marketing initiatives and representing the company at trade shows. A key part of the role involves mapping and engaging with complex, multi-site customer organisations to unlock new channels and drive strategic growth.
