30 hours a week-Reception-Cheadle-based office-Temp till Oct 2025

Your new company

Temporary receptionist required on a temporary basis till the end of October. Working 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, based in a large business park in Cheadle.

Your new role

  • Meet and greet staff and visitors. Ensuring they are signed in and out of the building and issued badges.

  • Maintaining the reception area

  • First point of contact, face to face and over the phone. Taking messages and passing calls to the correct department.

  • Handling administrative tasks, organising documents and files, handling printing, managing post and ordering stock
  • PPE/signage management on site
  • Logging jobs

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience of reception/front of house.

  • Strong customer service skills and communication
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise your workload with minimal supervision.
  • Professional and personable manner with a strong customer focus to offer a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
