An innovative and rapidly scaling SaaS company is transforming the world of B2B sales and marketing through its award-winning, AI-powered market intelligence platform. Often described as the "Google for B2B," this company enables clients to map their entire market and generate high-quality sales leads with validated contact data. With patented technology trusted by some of the world’s largest enterprises—including three of the top ten global companies—the business is now entering its next phase of global expansion. To support this growth, they are seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join their executive leadership team.


Your new role

The Chief Revenue Officer will report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of the company’s global revenue strategy. This executive role will unify Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into a single, high-performing revenue engine. The CRO will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, scaling operations, and driving predictable, exponential revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a full-funnel revenue strategy aligned with ambitious growth targets
  • Leading and mentoring senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Driving go-to-market execution of new products and international expansion
  • Building a scalable Revenue Operations infrastructure with a strong data-driven culture
  • Overseeing the entire customer lifecycle to maximise customer lifetime value
  • Acting as executive sponsor on strategic deals and cultivating C-level relationships with key clients

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will bring:
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in B2B SaaS, ideally having scaled a company to $50M+ ARR
  • A strategic mindset with operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Deep fluency in SaaS metrics and data-driven decision-making
  • A proven ability to build, inspire, and lead high-performing teams
  • Strong sales acumen, particularly in outbound and solution-selling environments
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce, outreach.io, and the modern revenue tech stack
