In this role you will join the people team as an HR Business Partner. This role is ideal for someone at a generalist level who is looking to advance to HRBP.

Your new role
In this role, you will be working at Business Partner level working in a specific business area, and you will get involved in a variety of generalist HR duties including -
- Being the first point of contact with HR within your region
- Manage Employee relations case work
- Support the delivery of HR strategy within the organisation
- Collaborate and liaise with the wider company to ensure HR policies are being followed
- Utilising HR systems such as Natural HR
- Supporting with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- People engagement and culture
- Performance Improvement
- Learning and Development
- Talent planning
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have worked as an HR / People specialist or at Advisory level, and are looking to progress to your next role. You will have demonstrable experience with the following -
- Employee relations case work
- Good HR systems knowledge
- Excellent collaboration and team-work skills
- The ability to build strong relationships within the wider business
- CIPD qualification, or willing to work towards
- Commitment to career development
