We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional who is registered as at least a Class 2B/F with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR).

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional who is registered as at least a Class 2B/F with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess applications for compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislation.
- Conduct site inspections, documenting findings accurately and professionally.
- Provide pre-application and general advice on building matters to clients.
- Undertake enforcement duties, including evidence collection, report writing, issuing formal notices, and preparing cases for prosecution.
- Investigate contraventions and advise on appropriate enforcement actions.
- Manage dangerous or dilapidated structures, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain strong client relationships to promote the service and ensure satisfaction.
- Perform other relevant duties as required.
Ideal Candidate:
- BSR registered (minimum Class 2B/F).
- Proven experience in Building Control within a local authority or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of Building Regulations and enforcement procedures.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
