Your new role

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of young people. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Supporting teachers in delivering creative and engaging lessons that spark curiosity and confidence.
  • Working one-on-one or in small groups to help students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment where every student feels seen and supported.
  • Assisting with classroom preparation and behaviour management to ensure smooth, productive lessons.
  • Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to provide tailored support for students with additional needs.

What you'll need to succeed

You don’t just want a job—you want to make a difference. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Experience working with children or young people (in schools, youth work, or similar settings).
  • A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) or a willingness to train.

  • Great communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
