Your new role

The administrator will report directly to the contracts manager and will work to support on-site engineers in their day-to-day work. You will be checking the status of live roles, keeping job status updated on CRM, organising operative and engineer movements and diaries, securing certification from operatives on site for works completed and checking that repairs and maintenance work have been completed. You'll be ordering parts to be delivered on-site, updating end clients with progress and scheduling of jobs and working with a tight-knit team to ensure clients receive an efficient service.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience working in a similar environment is essential. The client is looking to secure a candidate who has worked with engineers and operatives, coordinating movement and parts and dealing with the end clients.
