Administrator, 9-month position in Derry City, weekly pay

Your new company
It is a charitable organisation with offices across Northern Ireland. They have appointed Hays to recruit an Administrator to join their team in Derry. This is a 9-month position. Hours of work are 8.45am to 4.45pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am to 4:30pm on Friday.


Your new role
In your role as Administrator, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers and delivering a great customer service experience. You will manage customer queries and liaise with line management for resolution when required. You will be responsible for raising work orders, typing letters, updating records in accordance with quality system requirements, arranging meetings including taking of minutes, responding to emails and general administration duties.


What you'll need to succeed
As Administrator, essentially, you will have a Level 2 qualification OR equivalent and a minimum of one year's relevant experience providing reception / administrative support in an office environment.

OR two years’ relevant experience providing reception / administrative support in an office environment.

You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders. As Administrator, you will have experience of using your own initiative, as well as being able to work effectively in a busy team. You will be organised and have excellent attention to detail skills.
