Your new role

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of your students.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal development of students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on student performance and progress.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting. This can be part of your teacher training.
• Strong understanding of classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student welfare.
