Your new role

As the Group FC you will:

• Oversee statutory financial reporting, tax filings, and regulatory submissions
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes using technology and best practices
• Ensure compliance with IFRS
• Play a key role in IPO readiness, focusing on reporting and financial controls
• Manage day-to-day financial operations including AP, AR, payroll, and tax
• Optimise financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial governance

What you'll need to succeed

As a chartered accountant (ACA / ICAEW / ICAS / CAANZ) with ideally 5 + years' industry experience in a high-growth business. You will either have exposure to IPO readiness or post-IPO controls. Personality is key in business. You need a track record of improving people around you and within your team. As you will be working closely with the C Suite, experience of engaging senior stakeholders is pivotal.
