Interim Personal Assistant to SLT - Hammersmith

Your new company

A PE-backed property development business in West London is looking for an Executive Assistant on a short-term temporary basis (4-6 weeks), whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a large-scale development project locally.

Your new role

In this role you will provide executive support to the Operations Director as well as assisting with day-to-day administration for the wider Senior Leadership team. You will develop and build strong working relationships, signposting for queries and act as a gatekeeper when required. Key duties include:
- Complex diary management
- Scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms and organising catering
- Preparing agendas, presentations and documents
- Taking minutes and following up on action points
- Stakeholder management
- Expenses processing for SLT

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. This role is 100% office-based.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previously worked as a PA or EA and have experience with diary and inbox management, taking meeting minutes and stakeholder management. You will have previously supported at Director/Exec level. Strong organisation, planning and prioritisation skills are a must. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to confidently liaise with senior members of staff effectively. You will need to be immediately available to start.

What you'll get in return

This is a 4-6-week temporary assignment paying £22-25/hr premium. This role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm. The role is 100% office-based.
