Your new company

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing business as an EA. You will support the Director and the wider leadership team on a daily basis.

Secretarial support to Director
Overall responsibility for the proactive and day-to-day running of the Director's office.
Proactively handling travel booking and organising meetings and co-ordinating the necessary preparation work / ensuring that the Director is adequately briefed
Managing diaries, meeting requests and inbox.
Producing meeting documents, minutes and agendas.
Support with correspondence and preparing communication on behalf of the Director
General administrative duties such as expenses, printing, photocopying and ordering stationery.
Supporting other members of the senior team when required.
Assisting the Director with the management of their direct reports, where required, setting tasks, meeting deadlines and organising reports.
Preparing business documents and presentations for meetings, including sourcing some content.
Ad-hoc business projects as and when required
Liaising with and offering business support to the direct reports of the Director
Developing and maintaining knowledge of the business including strategy, key projects, initiatives, customers and stakeholders
Strategic support to the Director and their direct reports.
Responsibility for and regular reviews of Country Management cost centre / budget



What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, ideally supporting senior leadership.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
Ability to work with discretion, integrity and professionalism.
Confident working independently as well as part of a wider team.
Experience working within a service, operations, or field-based business


What you'll get in return

This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday 39.5 hours a week.
Salary up to £34k with a performance bonus of up to £1500
