In-house opportunity for an experienced non-qualified commercial contracts professional.

An international professional services company has an excellent vacancy available for an experienced non-qualified commercial contracts professional in Leeds.

My client’s organisation works across a number of sectors and due to increasing demand on the global risk management side of the business there is a position available which is focused upon advising on risks in contracts between clients and suppliers linked with the operational business. The successful candidate will be someone who can offer contract advice on an ad-hoc basis to operational teams and liaise with clients on any contractual matters that may arise, as well as someone who can work very closely with other teams in the business to improve risk management and compliance awareness.

At a minimum, candidates looking to apply for this position will need to have legal qualifications (law degree or equivalent legal qualifications) and will need to demonstrate previous experience of reviewing/re-drafting contracts.

This role is based in an office located on the outskirts of Leeds and therefore will only be suitable for candidates based in the Yorkshire region. Hybrid working is offered but from a practical perspective candidates based closer to the West Yorkshire region will be of particular interest.
