Interim opportunity for a property compliance professional with a housing association

You will be joining a dynamic, not-for-profit housing association who are responsible for the management and maintenance of thousands of homes across the wider Gloucestershire region. Your new role
As a Contract Manager with property compliance expertise, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and compliance of housing stock. You will help to lead on building safety strategy (mainly fire and asbestos), oversee risk assessments, and enable adherence to the latest legislation, including the building safety act. This is a hands-on role, and you will be collaborating with internal teams, residents, stakeholders, to maintain the highest of standards of safety and assurance.

Flexible and hybrid options are available for this role, with accessibility to the Gloucestershire region required. A daily rate of between £300 - £350 per day will be available (umbrella), paid to you on a weekly basis for the duration of your contract.

- Proven experience in building safety or compliance within a social housing environment
- Good knowledge of legislation (building safety act)
- Excellent project or programme management skills
- Relevant qualifications: NEBOSH or IOSH
- Proactive and solution-focussed approach
