Your new role

• Deliver comprehensive financial management to designated departments.
• Provide strategic financial insight and challenge to senior leaders.
• Lead on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
• Ensure financial governance, compliance, and value for money.
• Support business case development and long-term financial planning.
• Act as a liaison between operational and corporate finance teams.
• Promote financial awareness and deliver training across departments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and transformation of finance functions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Full membership of a recognised professional accountancy body.
• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in management accounting and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and IT proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
• A valid driving licence or access to transport to meet the role’s requirements.
