About the Role
As our MFL specialist, you will:
  • Teach one or more foreign languages (e.g., French, Spanish, German) across
    Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for KS5.
  • Deliver dynamic and immersive lessons that spark curiosity and confidence in language learning.
  • Promote intercultural understanding and global awareness through engaging classroom activities and enrichment opportunities.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and help shape a forward-thinking MFL department.
  • Support extracurricular initiatives such as language clubs, international trips, and cultural events.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Has a degree in a relevant language or linguistics field.
  • Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for language teaching.
  • Has experience teaching MFL in a secondary school setting.
  • It is committed to inclusive education and student success across all abilities.
  • It brings creativity, energy, and a collaborative spirit to the team.
