Your new school

I am currently working with a school in Birmingham who are seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their dynamic team from September.

This school believes in developing a nurturing and inspiring environment where children feel valued, motivated, and eager to learn. The school is built on strong community values, supportive staff, and a commitment to providing high-quality education for every child.

Your new role

They are looking for a skilled teacher who can confidently lead a Year 3 class for at least one term, with the potential to go permanent. While experience in leading Literacy would be advantageous, their priority is finding a dedicated teacher who is passionate about teaching and eager to contribute to their vibrant school community.

  • Position: Year 3 Teacher
  • Start Date: September
  • Duration: At least one term, with potential for permanent
  • Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week
  • Location: B44, Birmingham

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered, you must have:
  • Experience teaching in the UK within the last 5 years.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality education to primary school students.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. ECT's welcome to apply.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
  • Skilled at engaging and enthusing pupils in their learning
  • Knowledgeable about assessment, feedback, and differentiation

What you'll get in return

In return, you will get guaranteed work on a full-time basis, for the autumn term. You will be paid to scale as a M1 - M6 teacher. This role, when it ends, will mean from January you have the choice to either go on to supply and experience a broad range of schools, subjects and year groups, or I can find you another job starting in the New Year in your chosen year group.
