Your new role

We are working with a fantastic school in the South Liverpool area looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to start in September on a full-time temporary basis with the opportunity of going permanent for the right candidate. Our client is seeking someone with previous SEN experience, working 1-to-1 with pupils with different levels of needs.

You will be helping around the classroom as well as working closely with the children who need encouragement to stay focused. If you are outgoing, able to manage challenging behaviours, love to see children thrive in education & learning, then this role may be for you.

What you'll need to succeed:

-Full DBS on the update service
-Skills in communication, literacy & numeracy
-Attributes such as patience, empathy, creativity, and flexibility
-Experience of working with children with different levels of needs
-Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification
