Global Bank seeking experienced Business Analyst to support e-trading of commodities derivatives.

Your new company

Hays have partnered with a global bank to appoint an experienced e-trading Business Analyst to an initial 6-month contract. Sitting in the e-Commodities team, your role will be crucial to improving the firms' electronic trading of commodities derivatives. If you have experience in upgrading/customising e-trading applications within financial services, then we want to hear from you.

Working Arrangements: Hybrid (3-days in London Office)
Duration: 6 months + potential extension
Rate: £700 - £750/day inside via Umbrella
Closing Date: 04/06/25 @14:00


Your new role and w hat you'll need to succeed

  • A strong background in investment banking and capital markets on e-trading applications either in commodities (preferred) or other asset classes
  • Extensive business analysis experience, with a honed skillset in requirements gathering, solution design and proposal documentation
  • Technical capabilities in Unit, QA, and Regression testing will be highly regarded, as will good SQL knowledge and familiarity with cloud-based pipelines (Azure or AWS)
