Charity Retail Manager, West Belfast, South Belfast, Temporary
Your New Company
Hays are recruiting for a temporary Charity Retail Manager to provide support across two Belfast based shops (West and South Belfast).
Your New Role
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the charity shop to maximise sales and profitability across two of their Belfast stores
- Work closely with the dedicated volunteer team, providing support, training and motivation
- Ensure high standards of customer service and visual merchandising are maintained
- Manage stock levels, donations and inventory to ensure a well-stocked and attractive shop
- Oversee cash handling, banking and financial reporting in line with charity policies
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident in handling cash, banking and basic financial reporting
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently
What You’ll Get in Return
- £13 per hour
- Temporary ongoing position
- 21 hour per week across 5 days
- Based West and South Belfast
- Immediate start
