We are seeking a passionate and resilient SEN Teacher to join this exceptional team from

- Deliver a broad and balanced curriculum tailored to the individual needs of pupils with SEMH and associated learning difficulties.
- Plan and teach engaging, differentiated lessons across core subjects.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and senior leaders to support pupils’ academic and emotional development.
- Use positive behaviour management strategies and contribute to a therapeutic learning environment.
- Support pupils in achieving their EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) targets.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to review meetings and multi-agency planning.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS).
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN, particularly those with SEMH needs.
- Strong classroom management skills and a calm, empathetic approach.
- A commitment to inclusive education and personalised learning.
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
- Resilience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for making a difference.
