Hays Technology in Newcastle are working with a local organisation to recruit a Software Trainer on a permanent basis. This role requires an individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and possesses a robust technical understanding.

Your new role

As a Software Trainer, you will be a pivotal part of our operations as you will provide both internal and external training to the business and its clients. You’ll deliver engaging training sessions, provide hands-on support, and act as a product expert to ensure customers extract the maximum value from our software.

  • Facilitate engaging training sessions for both new and existing clients, ensuring they maximise the benefits of our software.
  • Conduct both on-site and occasional remote demonstrations, showcasing how our software and services can revolutionise a dental practice's operations.
  • Collaborate in crafting comprehensive training resources that guide users through new features and functionalities.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to our development team, advocating for improvements that will enhance our software.
  • Uphold an unparalleled standard of customer service that reinforces the trust our clients place in us.

  • A good working knowledge of current IT technologies.
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Use of own / access to a vehicle for travelling
