About the Role


We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Senior Project Administrator to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis. This role is instrumental in supporting a large-scale transformation project, ensuring seamless coordination and administrative excellence at the highest level.
You will be the go-to person for senior stakeholders and executives, providing top-tier diary management, project support, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert diary and calendar management for the Senior Management Team.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the team with professionalism and discretion.
• Support a wide range of project administration tasks, ensuring timely documentation, tracking, and follow-ups.
• Manage purchase orders (POs) and liaise with finance and procurement departments.
• Organise and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
• Maintain confidentiality and foster trust in all communications.
• Collaborate closely with other PAs and administrative professionals across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For
• A polished and professional communicator with a proactive mindset.
• Proven experience in project administration and/or executive support roles.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
Tech-savvy, with experience supporting large-scale systems or transformation projects (ERP experience highly desirable).
