Your new role
As an administrator in the post room, you will be required:
- Identify and sort specific document types from historic files
- Prepare the documents for scanning by removing staples and paper clips, securing loose notes and repairing torn pages.
- To operate industrial high-speed auto-feed document scanners as
- Be able to maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
- Be willing to lift boxes of files around the office.
You will be working 7 hours a day between the hours of 7:30am and 9:30pm., 5 days a week.What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need to be comfortable working in an office environment every day. You will need to be confident with computer systems and operating equipment. Training on operating equipment will be provided.
