Your new role
- Manage and supervise contractors on-site, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless communication.
- Support the logistical, technical, and commercial aspects of projects.
- Prepare and deliver daily and weekly briefings to maintain transparency.
- Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules for effective project planning.
- Implement and uphold high health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks impacting project delivery or airport operations.
- Ensure projects comply with all legal, regulatory, and planning requirements.
- Facilitate smooth handover of completed projects to operational departments.
- Troubleshoot challenges in collaboration with consultants and contractors.
- Work flexibly, including out-of-hours when needed, to meet project demands.
- Assist in emergency response planning and exercises where required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in construction or building project supervision.
- Strong logistical, technical, and commercial awareness.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A keen eye for risk mitigation and compliance.
- The ability to lead contractors, maintain schedules, and oversee quality control.
- Flexibility to accommodate out-of-hours activities when required.
