Your New Role
As an Immuno-Oncology Principal Scientist or Senior Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in the development and optimisation of the company’s ImmunoINTEL platform—a state-of-the-art flow cytometric assay system designed to support immuno-oncology and autoimmune research. You will lead assay development, contribute to clinical validation studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance the company’s diagnostic pipeline. This is a high-impact position with the opportunity to shape the future of cancer diagnostics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assay Development: Design, develop, and optimise multi-parameter flow cytometry assays for immune profiling and biomarker discovery.
  • Scientific Leadership: Serve as a subject-matter expert in immuno-oncology, providing strategic input into research direction and assay design.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, quality, and clinical teams to ensure robust assay performance and regulatory compliance.
  • Mentorship: Train and mentor junior scientists and laboratory staff in best practices and advanced analytical techniques.
  • Data Analysis: Interpret complex immunological data and contribute to scientific publications and presentations.
  • Innovation: Stay current with emerging trends in immunology, oncology, and diagnostic technologies to drive innovation.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Education:
PhD, MD, or equivalent in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field

  • Experience:
Scientist: Minimum 5 years of industry experience, including 2 years supervising lab personnel.
Senior Scientist: Minimum 8 years of industry experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Technical Skills:
Expertise in multi-parameter flow cytometry, IHC, ELISA, and single-cell genomics.
Experience with assay development under GMP/GLP/GCP conditions.
Familiarity with FDA regulatory pathways (e.g., 510(k), PMA) is a plus.

  • Soft Skills:
    Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Desirable:
    Experience in clinical trials, immune profiling, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Spotfire).
