Your new company

Are you a highly organised, customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? My client is looking for a Customer Service Support Officer to join their garages team for four months on a temporary basis.

Your new role

You will be acting as first point of contact.

  • Coordinating with contractors to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintaining accurate records using systems like orchard
  • Promoting equality, diversity, and excellent customer service in all interactions.
  • Administrative duties
  • Managing allocations and supporting collection processes.
  • Possibly supporting and assisting with inspections if required

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear advice
  • Strong customer service and people skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
  • Confidence in using IT systems and managing records
