Your new company
Your new company is an established International Lloyd's Insurance Broker with their head office based in the City of London and offices across Europe. Your new company has access to a wide range of international markets and is now looking for a Non-Marine Claims Broker with International Claims experience within the Lloyd's London market experience.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be tasked with managing and processing an international book of Claims, assisting brokers in securing placements and overseeing monthly reporting and Claims Bordereaux.

You will also be tasked with analysing the Claims history, compiling loss reports and utilising Lloyd's systems, including ECF/Class, to help process claims.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role, you will need significant Lloyd's Claims handling experience and Lloyd's Claims systems experience, including proficiency in using ECF/Class. You will also need experience in handling a wide range of European Non-Marine Claims from first notification of loss through to settlement.

You must have excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers and underwriters, and you will need excellent negotiation skills.
