We’re currently seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst for a 3-month contract based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to key digital transformation initiatives.

Your new role

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
  • Analyse and map current and future state processes
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to define solutions
  • Support testing, training, and implementation phases
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in complex environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Skilled in process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience in digital transformation or system implementation projects
