🏡Required - Housing Association Property Professional (Factoring) 🏡 £

Property Maintenance/repairs Coordinator required for rolling contract supporting a local Housing Association based in Edinburgh. This role may progress into a permenant assignment, however is yet to be confirmed.

You will join an existing asset team supporting the wider housing functions within the association. By helping meet the needs of clients and contractors, you will act as the main point of contact as well as the face of the organisation. This means you will be both customer facing and dealing with contractors/trades and maintenance staff. So strong communication and IT skills are essential.

This job requires a high level of administrative and customer service skills. A background in housing is essential alongside some form of factoring experience. Candidates from a housing officer background would be considered. This would ideally be from social housing or similar. Any qualification specific to factoring such as the diploma would be a bonus however not essential. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are required to negate some of the complexities that are associated with this role.
