About the Role
As a Project Support Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of programme delivery—providing essential support across multiple projects. From coordinating meetings to managing documentation and liaising with stakeholders, your role will be key to keeping everything on track.
This is a full-time position offering hybrid working (a mix of home and office-based work), giving you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life. The role is a temporary role until March 2026, offering stability and the chance to make a real difference in public service delivery.
️ Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality administrative support across several programmes
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes (in Welsh and English)
- Track project progress, actions, and deadlines
- Maintain records and ensure documentation is up to date
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Support reporting and data collation for programme updates
✅ What I'm Looking For
- Fluent Welsh and English language skills (spoken and written) – essential
- Previous experience in an administrative or project support role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach
- Experience in the public sector or civil service is a plus!
