Your new company
Our client is an animal welfare organisation based in the Bristol area. They are currently looking to recruit a Health and Safety Coordinator to join their team, initially on a 6-month rolling contract basis, which may then convert into a full-time permanent position. Their offices are based in Bristol, but they are also willing to work on a fully remote basis.
Your new role
As the coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accident statistics and statutory compliance documents. Manage and update the company's H&S intranet pages, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Support the smooth operation of the Health & Safety team and functions.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you will need to have experience of working in a Health and Safety team and have an understanding of basic Health and Safety processes and policies. It is essential you have experience of Microsoft Office software such as Word and Excell. An IOSH level qualification will be desirable but not essential. Experience of compiling and updating data will also be highly desirable.
What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available. Competitive hourly rate plus the possibility of a permanent job makes this an interesting role if you are looking to progress a career in Health and Safety. With the option of working fully remotely, this could be the ideal role for you.
