Site Engineer - North Down Based - Private Residential

Based in the North Down areas, this role will see the successful candidate responsible for supervising the development of large-scale housing sites through to completion, ensuring that programme, quality and cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme, through the effective management of the site team and sub-contractors. You will be responsible for setting out drainage, kerb lines and foundations.
What you'll need to succeed
Applicants must be degree qualified or have suitable experience as an Engineer on residential or commercial builds, however, experience with differing sectors will be considered. Further to this, our client is seeking to employ a qualified Site Engineer who is fully aware of recent health and safety legislation, capable in setting out and holds attention to detail to the highest regard and is capable of completing work on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
