Multiskilled Maintenance Operative - Permanent - Commercial - £28k-£30k plus benefits
• Maintenance Operative
• Basic electrical qualifications essential
• Working for a leisure company which owns 5 casinos & a sports track
• Head office is based in Sheffield with sites spread across Sheffield, Leeds, Bradford, Hull & Manchester
• Reporting to, and working closely with, the group maintenance engineer and supporting them when they are off
• Company van to use for travelling between sites (usually not to take home though, as it is often shared between maintenance staff)
• Duties will usually include: basic electrics, plumbing, painting, labouring, lighting, moving fridges and furniture, support with PPMs and compliance checks, general building fabric repairs.
• Working hours- 40 hours per week, 7am-3pm (will be required to stay behind to complete a job as and when necessary).
• Salary £28,000 - £30,000
• Other benefits: 28-day holiday, pension etc.
Looking at starting around the beginning of August but happy to be flexible to accommodate the successful applicant.
