Your new role
Within your role of Administrator, you will deliver comprehensive administrative support across the business, working collaboratively with teams to ensure efficient service delivery. You will utilise a range of IT systems, acting as a key user and advisor for numerous work processes. You will be responsible for minuting various meetings, including highly sensitive and confidential meetings, managing diaries and appointments, handling communications, and maintaining accurate records and data entries. You will also manage financial processing, stock control, and facilities support, while ensuring compliance with company policies on equality, health and safety, and financial regulations. You will contribute to continuous improvement, support colleagues as needed, and participate in performance appraisals, all while upholding a professional and inclusive environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have relevant and recent administrative experience, ideally from a public sector background. You must have experience in all duties outlined above, including being able to demonstrate the accuracy and consistency of electronic information. You must be immediately available to start a new role and able to commit to a 6-month assignment. You must be able to visit the office in the West Birmingham area.
