Customer Relations Agent based in Redhill

Your new company

Our client is a regulated organisation looking for a customer relations agent to join them on a long-term temporary basis.

Your new role

Working as part of a team, you will be autonomous in your role of handling disputes and complaints and ensuring they are dealt with by adhering to both internal policies and external regulations.


You will deal with everything from the point of contact with the customer, to investigating and providing a resolution or decision.

What you'll need to succeed


Due to the nature of the organisation's work, it is essential you have experience in a similar role and have knowledge of FCA regulations and the Consumer Credit act.

You will be comfortable working autonomously with support from the supervisor as required.


What you'll get in return


37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Office-based role in Redhill - opportunity to work one day a week from home after the training period (approximately 3 months)
Long-term role with the potential to be extended until December 2025.
