An experienced Construction Manager is required to support a fantastic bespoke development team.

Are you an experienced Construction Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in residential construction? We’re searching for a proactive professional to oversee site operations, ensuring health & safety, quality control, contractor management, and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Daily Site Management – Conduct H&S assessments, manage contractors, oversee cleanliness, and maintain site organisation.
✔ Quality Control – Craftsmanship inspections, ensuring high standards are met.
✔ Contractor Coordination – Lead site inductions, verify credentials, and maintain compliance with risk assessments and RAMs.
✔ Project Oversight – Update timelines, approve invoices, counter-charge damages, and monitor resources.
✔ Customer Engagement – Provide daily client support and handle handovers efficiently.
✔ Procurement & Logistics – Oversee site supplies, organise company uniforms, and manage equipment sales.

What's needed from you?
✔ Experience in bespoke projects, especially residential builds
✔ Well-organised and knowledgeable in construction
✔ SMSTS and first aid qualification
