Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and compliant processing of payroll for approximately 1,200 employees. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ADP and Real-Time payroll systems, managing monthly payroll cycles with precision and efficiency.

• Process and manage monthly payroll for a workforce of 1,200 employees.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, PAYE deductions, and payroll reporting.
• Handle payroll reconciliations, payments, and adjustments with accuracy.
• Liaise with third-party providers and internal teams to resolve payroll queries.
• Maintain payroll records, audit reports, and financial documentation.
• Support payroll system updates, testing, and enhancements as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, handling large-scale payroll operations. ✔ Strong proficiency in ADP and Real-Time payroll software. ✔ Solid understanding of UK payroll regulations, tax compliance, and pension contributions. ✔ Ability to work hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). ✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
