£24,000 basic salary with the ability to earn an additional £5,000
Your new role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and excited by the opportunity to drive sales? We’re looking for a Customer Success & Sales Specialist who thrives at the intersection of service and sales. In this role, you’ll be a point of contact for multiple accounts —helping them get the most out of our products while identifying opportunities to introduce new solutions that meet their needs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their goals and challenges
- Provide expert product knowledge and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to improve the customer journey
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and retention
