Your new company

Our client is a new children's service based in Croydon, looking to create a dedicated team focused on empowering individuals within the community. They are committed to providing exceptional support and fostering a collaborative environment that prioritises the well-being of their service users.

Your new role

As a Key Worker, you will work closely with the Placement Manager to deliver leadership and practical support to our service users. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting individuals in their daily lives and helping them achieve personal goals.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure holistic care.
  • Facilitating community engagement and promoting independence.
  • Assisting with financial management and relationship building.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Residential Childcare Level 3 Certificate - REQUIRED
  • Strong computer skills.
  • A proactive approach, enthusiasm, and a commitment to empowering others.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
