Our client is seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy Business Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a blend of administrative, operational, and customer-facing responsibilities.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business, supporting member engagement, managing digital platforms, and contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.
Your new role
- Manage inbox support and ensure timely, accurate responses to customer queries.
- Maintain and update CRM records in line with the company portal and website.
- Provide administrative and compliance support across affiliated companies.
- Oversee member portal functionality, resolving user issues and managing content.
- Offer basic technical support and troubleshooting to enhance user experience.
- Support website administration, including content updates, document uploads, and booking management.
- Ensure website accuracy, accessibility, and functionality.
- Perform general office administration to support operational processes.
- Recommend improvements to internal processes and communications.
- Assist the events team with invitation tracking, responses, and logistics for key events such as the Annual Conference.
- Contribute to the broader development of the organisation and its subsidiaries.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an office-based or administrative role.
- Strong customer service background.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working with databases and digital platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving
