Part time temporary Scheme Manager - 18 hours per week
We are seeking a part-time Retirement Living Scheme Manager to support our client on a temporary basis covering sickness until at least the end of June, paying between £19.25 - £21.75 per hour.
You'll work 18 hours across Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, starting at 9am and finishing at 3pm.Your new role
Complete required audits, compliance checks and health & safety checks and requirements.
Identifying any issues with maintenance across the scheme, raising orders and managing reactive repairs on site
Void property management, ensuring properties are ready to let and assisting with allocations
Maintaining a positive environment for resident engagement
Responding to general enquiries, tenancy queries or complaints within agreed timescales
Dealing with low levels of anti-social behaviour and issues around the scheme
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of delivering housing & tenancy management services within a social housing environment, working with the elderly would be ideal
Good understanding of housing & tenancy management legislation and best practice
An understanding of health & safety compliance and management within housing
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on own initiative and manage diary effectively
