Your new School

Hays education is currently recruiting for flexible and reliable primary school teachers to work within various schools across Bridgwater. These schools are located across Bridgwater. With the support of your dedicated consultant, you will be able to let us know of your availability, and we will book you in for work on these days, this can be on a full-time or part-time basis dependent on what you are looking for out of a role. This is the perfect opportunity to do some supply work alongside a Teaching role you may already be in. Supply is a great idea for someone that is looking for flexible, non-committed work.

Your new role

The Bridgwater schools that you will be working in are looking for enthusiastic teachers that are flexible to work in KS1, KS2 or across both. You will be working in different classrooms each day, maybe sometimes with the morning and the afternoon being in different classes. You will also gain the opportunity to work in multiple schools across Bridgwater, local to yourself. These roles can be perfect for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are still figuring out what year groups they like to teach and want to gain a versatile experience; or highly experienced teachers that are looking for a change of pace in their career. The successful candidates will have routine day-to-day classroom responsibilities If you enjoy working in different primary schools at times that suit your schedule, this role is for you.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (PGCE)
  • Experience within the last 5 years
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum
