They pride themselves ongoing beyond the boundaries of traditional investor engagement and work with the industry to address systematic risks that threaten communities, the environment and ultimately investment markets. They are passionate about ensuring that all of their investments are ESG-friendly and avoid investing in companies that have ESG risk. This helps us avoid investments that they anticipate will underperform.
They are currently undergoing an exciting transformation programme to implement a new Data Warehouse into the organisation and are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team to help with the delivery of this initiative.
Your new role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely alongside the Project Manager to lead and deliver the Data Warehouse project, working closely with Technical and business teams to ensure successful and timely delivery. This will involve elicitation of business requirements, initiating improvements in the current processes and producing project deliverables.
The Senior Business Analyst will be required to provide support and guidance and act as a mentor to Business Analysts in the Projects team. You will also be responsible for managing engagement with third parties and assisting the organisation with change, liaising closely with internal and external Business Analysts, stakeholders and Project Managers.
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for utilising their skills to translate information from Subject-Matter experts across the business to capture processes, analyse requirements and implement changes. They will also be required to support the business to understand systems and how they work, closely liaising with vendors to ensure all business requirements are met.

* Experience of working on specific Data Warehouse implementation programmes
