As Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relations. You will be responsible for optimising supply chain processes, driving cost efficiencies, and implementing best practices to support business growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and senior stakeholders, continuously evaluating their effectiveness.
• Lead the procurement process and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Drive impactful change management initiatives across a diverse supplier network.
• Effectively manage the company budget, optimising costs and financial planning.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive knowledge of procurement and supply chain within a global business.
• Third-level qualification in supply chain, business, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years' experience in supply chain management within engineering/materials handling.
• Proven ability to manage S&OP processes, aligning sales forecasts with supply chain operations and capacity planning.
