Your new role
Your new role will play an important part in identifying new business, connecting with existing customers, selling and promoting ABRSM’s products and services internationally. Commercial gain will result from relationship building, networking and direct sales to key accounts with schools and organisations across India, the Middle East and North Africa.

- Lead and grow ABRSM’s presence across IMENA, driving revenue from exams, publications, and digital products.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to complex and competitive education markets.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including government departments, schools, and institutional partners.
- Manage and mentor regional consultants and sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Represent ABRSM at key events and meetings across the region (4–6 international trips per year).
- Provide market intelligence and contribute to strategic product development and pricing decisions.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in applying for this role, a candidate will need to have proven international sales experience in the education sector, ideally being in the region. A candidate will also need to demonstrate success in selling toward International K-12 Schools,
government bodies and
ministries of education with a strong commercial acumen and experience in forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning.
